A one-on-one private session is the perfect way to take your practice to the next level.
A private session offers you a means to deal with specific personal needs. I can provide you with a take home daily practice, which takes as little as 15 minutes a day and is specific to addressing your needs.
Whether you’re a beginner with many questions and a little nervous about getting started, or looking to refine your practice with an individually tailored set of practices, a private session is immensely helpful.
Lasting between one and 1.5 hours, these sessions are a powerful tool that allow you to see deeper insights, go deeper into your practice and develop a daily personal practice for use at home.
And I can come to you via Zoom for sessions in the comfort of your home.
