Sound Healing

Sound healing is based on the principle that everything in the universe vibrates at its own frequency, and that by introducing specific frequencies through sound, we can help bring the body, mind, and spirit back into a state of balance and harmony. This can help alleviate stress and tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Sound healing can be a non-invasive and deeply relaxing therapy, and can be used to address a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. It can be particularly effective in treating chronic pain and muscle tension, as well as helping to relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.

Sound healing instruments such as tuning forks, singing bowls, drums, gongs, and voice can be used both on and off the body, depending on the specific needs of the individual. By combining sound with the individual’s intention to heal, sound healing can facilitate a deeply transformative and healing experience.

Sound healing can also be used in conjunction with other forms of therapy, to enhance and amplify their healing effects.

Individual session options

 Integral Sound Healing*

Deep healing session to help  an individual’s  specific complaints from the physical , emotional and mental to  the ethereal/spiritual. The sessions includes assessment of the body  and the bio-field.

For the healing process to be most effective, an initial program of 4 consecutive sessions is recommended.

Vibrational Massage for Relaxation*

Sound travels and the body is a perfect receptor for sound. The activated Tuning Fork is applied directly on the body (at various acupressure points) so that the sound waves travel through the meridians system (the superhighway of the body’s energy system) to where it is needed most.

Sound Bath for Relaxation

Using different musical instruments  to trigger relaxation. Instruments are especially recommended for individuals where on-the-body application is not applicable (i.e., people with osteoporosis, when you think you are pregnant, etc.*).

This is a good introduction to experiencing sound healing.
