Learn how you can partner with the universe, the energy that is both the source and the substance of all things, to co-create your dream life.

A 16 week chakra-based program for creating inner balance and alignment. Practice a variety of breathing, movement and meditation techniques that help you break stress cycles, habitual patterns and access a powerful aligned state where insights and a deeper connection to the flow of nature can arise.

Wild Grace offers a variety of yoga and dance classes for every body.

Himalayan Kundalini yoga is a holistic, ever-evolving practice that involves asana, pranayama, meditation, kriya, free movement and wisdom.

Classes range from slow, medium to fast paced. Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced yogis.

Dive deeper into your subtle energy centres called chakras with the monthly Chakradance ‘Journey’ class, where we explore and journey through one chakra each session.

Chakra Yoga Flow
A medium paced yoga class specifically focused on awakening and balancing your subtle energy centres or chakras.

Chakradance Journey

This two-hour Chakradance class series allows a deep dive into each chakra, exploring multiple aspects of the chakra, releasing blocks and allowing spontaneous healing to occur. Featuring a different chakra each month.
