Wild Grace provides inspiring and soulful offerings to reconnect you with your inner spark, to activate your life force energy, purpose and vitality.

Bringing your sacred inner desires to fruition for your best version of you, for you to live your best life, according to your deepest heart desires, that’s our mission. So you can share yourself, and your unique gifts, authentically with your community, your family and the world.

Wild Grace hosts regular yoga, meditation, sound healing, shamanic journeying and Chakradance sessions to guide you through your own transformational inner journeys.

We also provide personalised support to you in the form of one to one consultations, healing, and online training for further deepening practices.

Wild Grace stands for integrity, authenticity and passion in everything that we do.

About our founder

Christina, founder of Wild Grace, creates nurturing, safe and sacred spaces – both virtual and physical – where you can connect with your inner essence.

Christina is a 500+ hours RYT Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga teacher,  accredited Chakradance facilitator and energy healer. She is an accredited Sound Healing practitioner and meditation teacher.  She has undertaken extensive studies in meditation, the chakra system, shamanism, yoga, sound + energy healing and sacred movement.

Christina studied Yoga Nidra + Nada Yoga/Sound Healing with the Nada Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. She is an accredited Sound Healing practitioner with The Sound Healing Academy.

Christina originally studied yoga and meditation in India under Master Anand Mehrotra at the Sattva Yoga Academy.  She has since studied courses with Janet Stone, Kaya Mindlin, Sally Kempton, Anodea Judith, Hareesh Wallis and Dr Raj Balkaran.

Christina is an accredited Kuan Yin Transmission (created by Alana Fairchild) practitioner. She is accredited Reiki II and Spontaneous Transformation Technique (created by Jennifer McClean) facilitator.

Christina studied courses in shamanism with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Sandra Ingerman and Jane Burns.

Christina has accreditation as a facilitator of meditation and mindfulness with the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness.

Christina is a member of Yoga Alliance.

Christina is a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids.
